Exchanges and Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on made-to-order items. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly provide an exchange or replacement.

* Handle with care. These Acrylic pieces are strong but not invincible. Hard impacts or drops may result in cracked or broken items.

* Wipe with a clean soft cloth. Avoid using alcohol or chemicals to clean

* Avoid leaving in areas that may be hot, wet, or in direct sunlight.
